NON-JEWELRY ITEMS SHIPPING:

All non-jewelry items are shipped by fulfilment centres close to your country. Depending on the product, delivery is usually 5 days to 2 weeks. If your items have not been delivered within this time frame, please let us know and we will do everything we can to track your shipment. Arounds holidays, these times may be slightly longer due to demands on the postal services.

 

NON-JEWELRY ITEMS PACKAGING:

Packaging is dependent on the item. Delicate orders such as artwork and mugs are carefully packaged in custom-made boxes to avoid damage. Art prints are rolled in tissue paper and boxed. Non-breakable items are shipped in envelope bags.

 

NON-JEWELRY ITEMS SHIPPING & PACKAGING RATES:

These are calculated at check-out based on your region. We have gone to great lengths to source fulfilment centres all over the world that will offer the best rates for your area while also avoiding customs. Combined shipping is always available. If, however, your item is going to an area that is not considering a major market or has an unpredictable postal service, there is no guarantee that you will entirely avoid customs and duties. These are always the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays from our chateau in France. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. Items will take 2-5 days to ship from the date the order is placed. Orders shipped outside of France can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Arounds holidays, these times may be slightly longer due to demands on the postal services.

 

For all international orders, the time in transit is 5-14 business days. Please be advised that payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

 

Other important information regarding your international order:

 

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of your home country. Charges are not always incurred, however, duties or taxes are assessed based on the value of your order and the taxable threshold for the destination country. We are not able to determine these fees as they differ in each country. Payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.

 

Standard Shipping — $20 USD (approximately €18 EUR, $26 CA, £16 GBP, £30 AUD, etc. based on local exchange rates).

 

For any items valued over $300, signature is required for delivery.

 

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
