This large and very rare 18k gold combination pendant-brooch is an exquisite example of the art of fine antique French jewelry. Made in the late Restoration-Napoleon III era (early – mid 1800s/early Victorian), this exceptional piece features an ornate 18th-century-inspired design crowned by a regal lion’s head with a lovely articulated drop. A very rare pale Green Garnet (Tsavorite) adds an elegant focal point in this inspired setting.
