Signed on the back “La broche neuchateloise par Marguerite Delachaix, peintre sur email à la Chaux de Fonds et Paul Kramer bijoutier a Neuchâtel” which translates to “The Neuchâtel brooch by Marguerite Delachaix, enamel painter in La Chaux de Fonds, and Paul Kramer, jeweller in Neuchâtel”.
