This is a glowing antique French handmade enamel brooch of two daisies on a sky blue background by the Limoges enamellist G. Funck. The extraordinary three-dimensional image gives the impression of stained glass. It is signed on the back. Truly one of a kind. Trombone clasp.

Symbolically, daisies represent simplicity, positivity, and happiness. They are often associated with the following: innocence, purity, new beginnings, transformation, humility, true love, and cheerfulness. In France the game “Effeuiller La Marguerite” is the same as the English “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” in which the petals of a daisy represent the hope for true love and its fruition.
