Swallows were believed to lead ships safely back to port, and in antique jewelry they represent love, faithfulness, a safe voyage, and an even safer return. This very sophisticated brooch has three glowing gold-filled swallows embedded into a beautiful tortoiseshell-effect celluloid base.
