Oh my… it’s quintessentially Art Deco, authentic and it’s in working order! This stunning example of a late 1920s/1930 Swiss timepiece is a truly stylish and functional part of history. The big, bold hands are in wonderfully rich blued steel with their tips emerging from squares. The steel circular case has a sharp chamfer to the bezel whilst the case sides and back have entirely flat surfaces save for a shallow chamfer to the edge of the back. Featuring incredible Art Deco designs and numbers as well as the original Omega logo, this stainless-steel pocket watch would have been worn by an elegant sportsman. It would equally be splendid as a dramatic pendant on a necklace.
15 Jewels.
A true collector's item.

In 1848, Louis Brandt founded La Generale Watch Co. in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. In 1903, he changed the name to Louis Brandt et Frere – Omega Watch & Co which was changed once more to the current Omega SA in 1982. Throughout its rich history, Omega was chosen as the official watch for Britain’s Royal Flying Corps in 1917, the US Army in 1918, and most famously for NASA in 1969. Some of Omega’s most well-known models are: Omega Speedmaster Professional, Omega Speedmaster, Omega Seamaster, Omega Constellation, Omega De Ville, Omega Dynamic, Omega Flightmaster, and Omega Railmaster. Not as widely known, Omega even created a Tourbillon in 1947.
