A remarkable antique bracelet made in France in the 1920s. It comprises seven enamelled panels, each one bearing a region's heraldic crest: Anjou, Touraine, Lyonnais, Corse, France-Comte, Bretagne and Orleans. Featuring elegant fleurs-de-lis, lions, and other heraldic motifs, each panel is rendered in colourful enamel with striking, quintessentially Art Deco black borders over rich yellow pinchbeck that's taken on the most wonderful antique patina.
A very handsome and regal unisex bracelet.
Original safety clasp.
